Episode 17: Endurance Adventurer Katie Spotz reveals our incredible physical and mental capabilities

August 3, 2017
Endurance Adventurer Katie Spotz is the youngest person to have rowed solo across the Atlantic. She cycled to my studio and we crowded ourselves into the recording room, where she proceeded to make me laugh throughout. This episode is worth listening to because Katie's methods of training and living focus on paying attention to what's important in a simple, lovely, and entirely effective way.

She & I talk about a ten-day meditation retreat, training by feel, ultra marathons, water, and empowerment.
