Episode 18: Junior Megan Jastrab moves up to Pro Field

It took everything I had to remember Megan is 15 years old. She is well spoken, knows what she wants, and somehow has figured out a way to mix an enthusiastic love for cycling with focused dedication to hard, disciplined training. Our conversation gave me insight into junior cycling and some of the considerations while moving up the ranks. We talked about all that, her training, coaches, mentors, goals, Olympics, and having fun.
